Challenge
RepresentUs had urgent issues and a national platform, but its marketing ran campaign to campaign with no connected engine underneath. The work was to build that engine and prove it on high-stakes moments: a re-launch that had to land on social, a flagship event returning after years dark, and a year-end fundraising program that didn't exist yet.
Solution
Three campaigns, each a first of its kind, built on shared infrastructure: data-led creative decisions, multi-channel integration, and partner activation. A pre-launch pivot on the Unbreaking America healthcare film. A partner-powered marketing operation for the American Democracy Summit. A built-from-zero end-of-year fundraising program spanning email, ads, social, SMS, print, and direct mail.
Outcomes
Healthcare film cut-down: 3x the views of the full-length, and the best-performing Instagram post in RepUs history at the time.
American Democracy Summit: 1,000+ attendees, sold out, 20 partner orgs activated.
End-of-year giving: 5x the prior year, 15,000 new subscribers, 200+ lapsed donors reengaged.
