I’m Saralynn Finn

I’m a strategic growth and communications leader working at the intersection of digital strategy, narrative, and systems change.

I partner with purpose-driven organizations to translate bold visions into clear strategy, durable infrastructure, and measurable impact, especially in moments of complexity or transition.

My work spans philanthropy, social impact, health equity, and civic innovation spaces. Across roles, I’ve led cross-functional initiatives that align brand, performance, and purpose, and built and launched digital platforms in service of that strategy. I’ve partnered closely with executive leaders to clarify priorities, reduce silos, and strengthen trust, including during high-stakes moments. This work has contributed to meaningful audience growth, engagement gains, and the successful launch and adoption of new programs at scale.

Before working in business development and marketing, I spent years doing hands-on care. I stewarded healthcare clinics for unhoused people, served as a doula supporting families through birth, and tended a small herd of milk goats. That grounding continues to shape how I lead: with steadiness, patience, and deep respect for pacing that builds trust.

As a consultant, I’m known for being both a strategic partner and an operator. I’m especially drawn to work that treats communications as a core lever for impact at scale and culture change.
