Challenge

Get 1,000 people excited enough about democracy to fly to LA and stay for three days. In-person event attendance was still soft industry-wide. The summit hadn't run in years. The subject — fixing a broken political system — isn't easy to make feel urgent and inviting at the same time.

Solution

Built a complete event marketing operation: a pre-event promo reel, social campaign, onsite partnership activation and content capture, and a post-event highlight reel. Created a marketing toolkit enabling 20 partner orgs to market directly to their own audiences. Built shared dashboards tracking ticket sales, press hits, web views, and social and email engagement metrics — so partners could see real-time results and amplify what was working.

Making complexity portable
