Challenge
Rebrand the company's name, logo, and event name. Build a team from 3 to 15 people to sell out a luxury event in outside of Atlanta, GA with tickets priced up to $6,000 — with a shoestring budget from across the country.
Solution
Organic social and an email marketing enginge built the audience from 0 to 10K in 18months. Meta ads — creative directed and managed entirely in-house — did what industry experts said couldn't be done: sold out a premium event through paid social alone. A white-label app, A-list speaker lineup, and nature-forward guest experience gave the brand the credibility to attract 50 brand partners. Partnerships covered $100K in value without cash outlay.

The assumption was that premium conversion requires PR, earned media, and a warm audience. The data said otherwise: with the right creative and targeting, paid social converts on high-ticket products. Both were in place.
