I’m Saralynn Finn, founder of Sett & Sley.

I work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems. My background spans philanthropy, advocacy, health equity, and growth marketing, where I’ve helped mission-driven organizations clarify direction, strengthen infrastructure, and scale with integrity.

Before leading digital platforms and cross-functional strategy initiatives, I spent years in hands-on care and community health. I stewarded alternative healthcare clinics, served as a birth doula, and managed a small goat farm. That work grounded me in patience, operational discipline, and deep respect for how systems shape real lives.

I bring both analytical rigor and creative instinct to my clients. I set the structure. I thread the story. I help essential ideas move with clarity, credibility, and momentum.
